Villa Jasmine Sirens Beach House in Cyprus is a pleasant 2-bedroom property with a fantastic location on Sirens Beach in Ayia Thekla, a beach covered with fine golden sand stretching for approximately 600 meters and clear blue waters.

The beach offers sun loungers and umbrellas for rent, along with all standard amenities, such as restrooms, showers, and changing rooms. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer to ensure the safety of bathers.

A clean, well-organized beach with the prestigious Blue Flag, awarded by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), guarantees the highest quality and cleanliness.

Proximity to amenities: Nearby are restaurants and tavernas, such as the Nissaki Taverna and a grocery market, and Ayia Napa is just a 10-minute drive away, with its many traditional tavernas, restaurants, and cafes. Returning to your villa, you'll have your own private, gated property, a spacious outdoor terrace, and distant sea views.

On the first floor there are two pleasantly furnished double bedrooms with the possibility of adding an additional single bed.

The master bedroom has a very large balcony with breathtaking sea views, sunrises, and sunsets. What a wonderful view to wake up to each morning! Both bedrooms have access to a separate bathroom.

There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

Living room and kitchen

The front door leads into a brightly decorated open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area.

The living room features a comfortable leather sofa bed, a TV, and patio doors, creating a naturally bright interior. The sofa bed comfortably accommodates two adults.

The villa's open-plan design creates a wonderful social space that flows onto the terrace. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped to meet all your culinary needs, all adjacent to the dining area and access to the terrace with sea views.
