Reservation Terms

Payment terms:

1. Prepayment : After making a reservation in the reservation system, a prepayment of 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid within 24 hours.
2. Remaining payment : The remaining amount, i.e. 70%, must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.

Conditions of stay:

• Pets : Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply.
• Transfer : Possibility to organize transfer from/to the airport.
• Car Rental : Car rental option available.
• Organization of excursions : Possibility of organizing excursions on site.

Rules in force at the Villa:

• Smoking : Smoking is prohibited throughout the Villa.
• Night time silence : Night time silence is in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Events and parties : The organisation of events and parties is prohibited.

Reservation details:

• Check-in : From 4:00 PM, please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Check-out : Until 11:00.

Damage deposit:

A damage deposit of €200 (approximately PLN 831) is required upon arrival. This will be paid in cash. This amount will be refunded upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children's accommodation:

• Children of all ages : Welcome.
• Baby cot (0-2 years) : Always available free of charge (depending on accommodation option).
• Extra beds and cots : The number of beds and cots permitted depends on the option selected and availability.

Cancellation and prepayment conditions:

• Prepayment/deposit : non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Substitutions are possible.

Important information:

Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time using the contact details found on your booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer is required prior to arrival. The property will provide guests with further details after booking.

The facility does not allow hen and stag parties, etc.
